Days start early. Work is physical. Hosting happens at home. Travel to town isn’t always practical and privacy matters.

For ranch owners and families who spend extended time on their property, recovery cannot depend on last-minute scheduling or limited local availability.

The Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ provides structured, on-property bodywork support, woven into the rhythm of your land, your work, and your household.

This offering is designed for individuals and families who prefer care already in place — steady, discreet, and responsive throughout demanding seasons.

I. What the Private Ranch Retainer™ Includes

For the duration of your selected retainer window, you receive:

• Exclusive access to Nicole for on-property sessions at your ranch or private residence
• Guaranteed scheduling priority within standard business hours
• Priority access for household members and invited guests
• Discreet presence on private land and within primary and secondary residences
• Flexible session timing within business hours based on ranch operations and household rhythm
• Continuity of care during high-demand periods such as calving season, branding, hunting season, guest weekends, or extended stays
• Direct, private communication between Nicole and the principal, executive assistant, or designated household contact

All services are delivered on-site with professional equipment transported directly to the property.

Care is structured and consistent, not coordinated week by week.

II. In-Home Session Rates

(Billed separately from the Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ fee)

All on-property sessions follow the same structured block system outlined in the Massage Retainer™ framework.

• $250 per 30-minute block
• Up to four (4) hours of treatment time per Service Day
• A retainer week includes five (5) Service Days
• Time is rounded up to the nearest 30-minute block
• Minimum on-property booking: 2 blocks (1 hour)

You are billed only for the time used.

Most ranch households utilize three to five Service Days per week during high-demand periods, depending on labor intensity, seasonal workload, and guest rotation.

III. Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ Fee Structure

The Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ secures protected access to Nicole for a defined period of time.

The retainer fee covers availability, scheduling priority, and continuity of care. It does not include session fees, which are billed separately as outlined above.

Available retainer windows:

1-Week Retainer: $10,000

2-Week Retainer: $15,000

3-Week Retainer: $20,000

4-Week Retainer: $25,000

All retainers are paid in full prior to the reserved window. Extended seasonal or recurring ranch agreements may be structured upon request.

IV. Availability & Travel Parameters

The Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ is available to ranch properties throughout Montana and select Wyoming corridors.

Primary Service Radius

Ranch properties located within 60 miles of Nicole’s clinic office in Bozeman, Montana are serviced on a same-day travel basis.

Extended Properties

Ranch properties located beyond the 60-mile radius are structured as Travel Retainers.

For Travel Retainers:

On-site lodging accommodations are required for the duration of the reserved retainer window.

If terrain requires specialty vehicles or restricted-access transportation, arrangements must be provided in advance.

Travel Retainers are structured for immersive, on-property care rather than daily long-distance commuting.

Scheduling remains within standard business hours unless otherwise arranged in advance.

V. Professional Standards & Clinical Coordination

All services delivered under the Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ are conducted with professional discretion and clinical integrity.

Nicole maintains detailed treatment records when appropriate and operates within established professional standards of care.

When requested, and with written client consent, coordination with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, or other licensed providers may be incorporated to support continuity of care.

Care is delivered with clear communication, structured assessment, and respect for the physical demands unique to ranch-based living.

VI. Inquiry & Placement

The Private Ranch Massage Retainer™ is offered in limited placements throughout the year.
