This model provides structured access, consistent presence, and a stable care relationship rather than fragmented, session-based support.

Domestic retainers range from $10,000–$25,000 depending on engagement length.

Session fees are billed separately.

How Retainer Access Works

The Massage Retainer is built to provide structured, high-level access that supports both consistency and flexibility.

Each service day includes up to four hours of available treatment time, reserved exclusively for your household.

Time is structured in 30-minute care blocks, allowing sessions to be used for:

• longer, unhurried treatments
• multiple individuals in the household
• rotating guest needs
• shorter focused sessions when appropriate

Most sessions fall within the 90–120 minute range, though the retainer is designed to adapt to what your household actually needs that day.

This structure allows bodywork to move naturally within the rhythm of your home — rather than forcing care into rigid appointment slots.

PRIMARY TIER — The Core  Domestic Retainers

These are the most aligned options.

When you book a retainer, you (and your household) become my only clients for that period.

30-Day Retainer — $25,000

A foundational private care engagement designed to integrate bodywork into your home life, recovery cycles, and performance rhythm.

Built for:

• ongoing support

• complex schedules

• consistent in-home presence

• households who want care embedded, not booked

Includes up to five service days per week with structured treatment availability.

60-Day Retainer — $50,000

A 60-day retainer period providing extended, stabilized support for clients navigating demanding seasons, including :

• Medical recovery or post-op care
• Rehabilitation or treatment periods
• High-commitment athletic seasons (Ironman, marathon training, competitive prep)
• Performance seasons or tour schedules
• Intensive work or travel periods that require daily physical maintenance

This extended structure allows for deeper integration, continuity, and refinement of care over time

SECONDARY TIER — Short-Term Engagements

For households needing focused, high-intensity support without committing to a full 30-day retainer. These options are ideal for ski season, executive weekends, family gatherings, or short-term recovery cycles.

One-Week Intensive — $10,000

Designed for high-output weeks, visiting households, performance windows, or concentrated recovery periods.

Two-Week Support — $15,000

Designed for ski trips, filming windows, guest rotations, or short household cycles.

Three-Week Support — $20,000

Designed for extended stays, demanding travel periods, or multi-week integration.

Travel-Based Domestic Short Stays

Short-term  domestic travel retainers follow the same weekly structure and pricing. All travel, accommodations, and logistics are billed separately.

Event-Specific Short Stays — Custom Quote

Reserved for high-demand events: destination weddings, international gatherings, performance weekends, executive retreats, or villa hosting. These stays typically involve household-wide care and higher physical output.

Travel Support (Overview)

Care is not limited to one address.

For clients who move between homes, seasons, or countries, support can travel with you. Domestic and international engagements are available for approved retainers and short-term placements, allowing continuity of care across residences, performance periods, and extended stays.

GLOBAL & INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Global work is structured privately and commissioned based on scope, location, and duration.

I accept a very limited number of clients each year in this capacity to protect the quality, depth, and integrity of the work.
