There are times when leaving the house is the hardest part.
This work exists for those moments.
I provide private, in-home massage therapy in Bozeman and Big Sky for people whose lives, bodies, or circumstances make traveling to a clinic the wrong solution.
My work is clinically informed, highly individualized, and designed to integrate into homes, recovery processes, and performance-driven lifestyles.
Below are the situations I’m most often called into.
Who I serve
Clinical & Recovery-Based Care
For individuals who need skilled, in-home support as part of recovery or ongoing care.
Many clients in this category use HSA/FSA funds when eligible.
Performance & Sport Recovery
For active bodies and high-output lives that require more than relaxation.
Sessions focus on functional relief, circulation, and tissue recovery, with particular attention to chronic neck and upper-back tension, shoulder and hip restriction, postural and repetitive-strain patterns, and nervous-system fatigue common in active, high-demand lives.
Domestic Continuity & Private Households
For people whose lives are better supported by care that comes to them.
In these environments, massage becomes part of the rhythm of the home rather than an errand.
How I work
Instead of high-volume appointments, I work with a smaller number of clients and households so sessions can unfold at the pace the body and environment actually require.
In-home massage allows for things that are often impossible in clinic settings: time to settle the body, space to work without interruption, and flexibility for real circumstances whether that means accommodating recovery limitations, household rhythms, or simply not rushing the end of a session.
Mobile sessions are fully customized. Some are focused and therapeutic. Some are restorative and nervous-system oriented. Many are both. The work adapts to what your body needs that day.
From a professional standpoint, my mobile practice is clinically informed and held to the same documentation, intake, and record-keeping standards as clinical care. I maintain detailed session notes and can provide records for clients or collaborating professionals when appropriate.
I work comfortably alongside assistants, medical and wellness providers, and private staff, and maintain clear communication, boundaries, and intake processes.
In-home massage becomes the right choice when recovery, logistics, privacy, or household realities make outside appointments less supportive.
Referrals
Much of my mobile work comes through referrals from:
If you were referred by a client or professional, please include their name when reaching out. Referred clients receive priority consideration.
HSA / FSA use
Some clients choose to use HSA or FSA funds when massage is part of recovery or medical care.
Eligibility is determined solely by your individual plan. I do not work directly with insurance companies, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.
I provide detailed invoices and documentation suitable for submission to HSA/FSA administrators.
Payment is processed securely through my booking system. Clients may place an HSA/FSA card on file and are charged after the session. Approval or denial of charges is determined by your card issuer.
If you intend to use HSA/FSA funds, please confirm eligibility with your provider prior to booking
.
Booking & Logistics
All new mobile clients begin with a brief pre-session conversation to ensure in-home care is the right fit and to understand your goals in advance.
Assistants may coordinate scheduling and logistics by email, but direct contact is required before confirming a first session.
Service area & sessions
I provide mobile massage services in Bozeman, Big Sky, and Paradise Valley.
All mobile sessions are structured as extended, uninterrupted care windows. This allows the nervous system time to settle, tissues to respond, and deeper patterns to shift, rather than compressing the work into a rushed format. Most clients naturally fall around the 90-minute range.
Travel is calculated from my clinic office:
15 S 5th Ave, Bozeman, MT 59715
In-home session rates are structured around travel range and the time and space required to deliver high-level private care.
Final rates are confirmed prior to booking based on GPS distance.

Private mobile massage isn’t about convenience. It’s about removing friction between the body and the care it needs.
For many of my clients, the home becomes the most intelligent setting for therapeutic work — where recovery can unfold without time pressure, overstimulation, or disruption.
These resources are here to help you understand when in-home massage becomes the most supportive choice.
